Eligible Folk artists, ranked through the same development score as the World Indie Chart.
Genre changes the view, not the score. Positions cannot be bought.
Each artist's Development Score (out of 100) measures progress across Foundation, Audience, Communication and Support — each counts for 25%. A chart position reflects an artist's development across Foundation, Audience, Communication and Support. It does not measure musical talent, quality or industry readiness. Positions cannot be bought.
It becomes established when five fully eligible Career or Lifetime artists share Folk as their primary genre.
