World Indie Chart is an editorial music-discovery platform and live EPK service operated by MusiBiz. The platform ranks independent artists using public profile data, audience signals, and artist activity, and helps listeners discover independent music worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an artist account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

When you join World Indie Chart, you receive a public artist profile and live EPK. You retain ownership of your original content, including biography text, images, music and video embeds, and discography information.

By uploading or linking content to your profile, you grant World Indie Chart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform, in chart embeds, and in editorial features. You can remove most content by editing your profile; some cached or embedded copies may persist briefly after deletion.

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not own or have permission to use;
• post abusive, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit material;
• attempt to manipulate chart rankings through artificial traffic, fake accounts, or automated systems;
• scrape, spider, or systematically copy the site or artist data without written permission;
• use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or disqualify artists from the chart for breaches of these rules.

Chart positions are calculated automatically using a scoring system that measures profile foundation, audience growth, communication activity, and support signals. We do not sell chart placement. Rankings may change as the algorithm is improved or as new data becomes available.

Some features require a paid membership. All fees are shown clearly before checkout. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. There are no hidden fees.

Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

The World Indie Chart name, logo, editorial design, chart algorithms, and written editorial content are owned by MusiBiz. Artist content remains the property of the respective artist or rights holder.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, specific chart positions, or specific career outcomes. To the extent permitted by Irish and EU law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if no payment has been made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced via the platform or by email.
